How it Works

  1. Fill Out The Form: Complete the NO OBLIGATION form letting us know what services you are interested in.

  2. Receive A Quote: Allow us a few days to review your website/content and provide you with a quote for the project.

  3. Secure Your Start Date: When you are ready to move forward simply secure your start date with a signed contract and deposit by December 31, 2025 to get 20% off the quoted price.

What You Need To Know

  • In order to receive the 20% holiday discount

    Step 1: Your form MUST be submitted between Monday November 24, 2025 and Tuesday December 2, 2025.

    Step 2: You MUST secure your 2026 project start date with a signed contract and deposit no later than Wednesday December 31, 2025.

  • For all services, you will need to provide your name and e-mail address.

    For a Website Audit and Website Audit & Remediation Services you will need to provide a link to your website and what platform it is on.

    For Digital Document Services you will need to upload the files you are interested in getting a quote for (up to 5 files per submission)

  • The cost for accessibility services vary based on the size of your website, the complexity of elements integrated into your site and the design, third -party integrations and/or the number of pages and elements in your digital content.

    Website Audits start at $695.

    Audits & Remediations start at $1500.

    Document Services start at $5/page

  • All projects require a non-refundable deposit to hold your project start date.

    Based on the size of your project payment plans for the remaining balance may be available and will be discussed at the time of contracting.

  • Projects will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis, currently booking into April 2026.

    Once you have agreed to the project scope and cost, you will receive your contract and pay the deposit, at which time we will get your project start date on the calendar.

  • The timeframe to complete digital accessibility services vary widely based on the size of the project. Document remediations can take a few hours and large websites can take several months. Because of this we will discuss how long your project could take at the time of contracting.
