How I Got Here: From Hospitality to Web Accessibility
Before websites, I spent 20+ years in high-pressure hospitality and event management — long hours, tight deadlines, constant problem-solving. It taught me one thing — systems matter. Processes matter. And the little things, they make a big difference.
That experience shaped how I approach web design today: with patience, planning, and a deep commitment to supporting people, not just building websites.
I stumbled into web design and digital accessibility because I love helping people solve problems. What started as curiosity turned into a passion for making the web more usable — especially for folks who are often overlooked.
Now, I get to work with small business owners, creatives, coaches, and solopreneurs who want a web presence that feels like them and works for everyone.
