MY BACKGROUND
From hospitality to web accessibility
Before websites, I spent 20+ years in the fast paced and high-pressure hospitality and event management industry. It taught me many things — systems matter. Processes matter. And the little details make a big difference.
That experience shaped how I approach web design today — with patience, planning, and a deep commitment to supporting people, not just building websites.
